truRating lets you rate your experience with a business at the moment you pay for it. It’s super fast and easy to use, which means we can all give quick, simple feedback to help businesses get better at what they do. The ratings for each business will be shown on the truRating website. So wherever you are, you’ll be able to search for great businesses, based on ratings you can trust, from people just like you.
When you visit a truRating business, you’ll be asked a single question about your experience on the payment terminal. A quick touch on the keypad (0 is awful, 9 amazing) and it’s done. Just check your receipt to see if you’ve won a prize! It’s quick, easy and anonymous every time. It’s your opinion that’s important, not your details.
As the ratings come in, businesses can see where they’re doing well (and not so well) through a truRating analytics dashboard. If a restaurant receives a string of 8’s for service, but consistently gets 6’s for food, they’ll quickly see where they need to improve. Because it’s so easy to rate, everyone can have a say. So we all have the power to make a difference!
